SBCsearch has been retired.

NOTE: This announcement is about a search engine sponsored by Founders Ministries, not the ChurchSearch or SBCSearch services provided by the Southern Baptist Convention. Although Founders Ministries is Southern Baptist in focus, we have no organizational connection as a ministry to the Convention.

We have not made the decision to retire SBCsearch lightly:

1. The performance and expectations of modern search engines have far outstripped our ability to keep up.
2. Good alternatives to our single-site search feature are widely available.
3. The SBC web site offers an effective way of finding SBC churches.
4. We believe other aspects of our web site call for our limited time and resources to do more people more good.
5. SBCsearch does not draw in the level of traffic to the Founders Ministries web site to justify the time and money investment.
